At Dermyra Naturals, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently across Pakistan. Every order is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan, including major cities and most towns through our trusted courier partners.

If your location is in a remote area, delivery may take a little longer than usual.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000.
  • A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to orders below PKR 5,000.

Shipping charges are automatically added during checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after they are confirmed.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, promotional events, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

We offer two shipping options:

Economy Delivery

  • 3–5 Business Days

Express Delivery

  • 1–2 Business Days

Remote Areas

  • 3–7 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Information

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please make sure:

  • Your shipping address is complete and accurate.
  • Your phone number is correct and reachable.
  • Someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us investigate your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and assist you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver your order on time, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes during promotions or seasonal sales
